REGULATORY & JURISDICTIONAL POLICY

Supported Regions & Compliance

CoinMiners operates an English-first platform with an international and United States focus. Review regional policy guidelines and jurisdictional restrictions.

1. Global & United States Focus

CoinMiners is designed primarily for participants in North America (United States, Canada), the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where consumer hardware computation and decentralized proof-of-work participation are legally recognized activities.

2. Restricted & Excluded Jurisdictions

In strict compliance with local regulatory frameworks, CoinMiners does not offer or target active mining services, pool connections, or promotional materials toward residents or entities located in:

  • Mainland China (in accordance with notice on the rectification of virtual currency mining activities).
  • Countries or territories subject to comprehensive economic sanctions by the United States OFAC, United Nations, or European Union (including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and sanctioned regions of Ukraine).
  • Any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency mining or digital asset holding is strictly prohibited by statute.

3. Technical Deployment vs. Regulatory Legality

Because our Phase 1 website is hosted on globally distributed content delivery networks (such as Vercel edge networks), public web accessibility in a specific territory does not imply legal authorization or commercial solicitation to conduct cryptocurrency mining within that territory. Users are solely responsible for verifying compliance with their respective local laws, energy regulations, and tax reporting requirements.
