Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 5, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing CoinMiners tools or benchmarks.
1. Informational & Modeling Scope Only
CoinMiners provides browser-level diagnostic scans, synthetic computational benchmarks, source-backed market snapshots where available, and economic scenario calculators. Browser benchmark scores are not cryptocurrency mining hashrate. Repository source includes an unsigned Native development worker with a local-confirmation gate, but no signed public client or public pool configuration is available; the browser does not mine. None of the tools, outputs, or projections constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of mining income; a positive calculator result is only an illustrative scenario based on the inputs and assumptions shown.
2. Non-Custodial Nature
CoinMiners does not operate a custodial financial service, depository bank, or cryptocurrency exchange. We do not store, manage, or access user private keys, seed phrases, or mining reward balances.
3. User Responsibility for Hardware & Utility Costs
A device scan alone does not start a workload. You must explicitly start each browser benchmark and may stop it from the page. The Native development daemon requires its own local confirmation before an approved session can use CPU resources; it is not started by a website action. The standalone Native full-memory benchmark separately requires terminal confirmation, uses about 2.1 GiB, and can be stopped with Ctrl-C. Any workload you start uses your own device resources and electricity. You are responsible for evaluating cooling, hardware condition, available memory, and utility rates; sustained compute can cause heat, throttling, hardware wear, or a financial loss.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to utilize CoinMiners on systems without explicit authorization from the computer owner. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINMINERS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, HARDWARE INTEGRITY, OR ELECTRICAL COSTS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SOFTWARE OR DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS.
